It also describes privacy choices and rights that may apply where you live. It does not cover separate products or websites unless they link to or adopt this policy.

We use reasonable safeguards suited to the information and our operations.

01
This policy applies to information collected through aofenggsys.com, including when you browse this site, use its contact features, or communicate with AOF about its services. A separate privacy notice may apply to other AOF products or services.
“Personal information” generally means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to an individual or household, as defined by applicable law. We handle it for the purposes explained here and as otherwise permitted by law.
02
Information you provide. When you submit a contact inquiry or email us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, subject, and message. You may choose to include company details or other information in your message. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless needed for your inquiry.
Technical information. When you visit the site, our hosting environment and service providers may receive IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring URL, timestamps, and diagnostic or server logs. The precise information depends on the browser and services used.
Third-party feature information. Google reCAPTCHA and the embedded Aminos chat feature may process technical information when they load or are used. Information you submit to the chat may be processed by the chat provider.
03
We collect information directly when you submit a contact form, email us, or otherwise communicate with us. Our website and service providers may also collect technical information through server logs, browser storage, cookies, or similar technologies used to operate the site, maintain security, and support embedded features.
Third-party services may collect information from your browser when their code loads or when you interact with them. Their own privacy notices explain their collection practices.
04
We may use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested business information, communicate about services, operate and improve the website, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Technical information may also be used to understand site operation and diagnose service or security issues.
07
The website includes third-party services, and whether their processing is considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising depends on the information involved, applicable legal definitions, and service configuration. We do not offer a dedicated opt-out control on this page.
If you have a right to opt out of a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under a law that applies to you, contact us using the details below. We will review and respond as required by applicable law.
08
The site loads Google Fonts and Google reCAPTCHA, embeds an Aminos chat widget, and includes a third-party QR-code image on the homepage. Contact submissions are sent using the application's configured mail service. These providers may receive technical information from your browser, and interactive features may receive information you submit through them.
We do not control third-party services or external websites. Review their privacy notices and terms to understand their practices and any controls they offer.
09
Depending on your state, the information involved, and whether the applicable law covers AOF, you may have rights to access or know about personal information, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, or opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or profiling. These rights are subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.
Email sales@aofenggsys.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject and describe your request and state of residence. If we deny a request, you may appeal where applicable law provides a right to appeal. You may use an authorized agent where permitted; we may verify your identity and the agent’s authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
10
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), if the law applies to AOF and the information involved. These may include rights to know/access, correct, or delete personal information; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, subject to legal definitions and exceptions.
Third-party services integrated with the website may process information under their own terms. To submit a CCPA request or ask about opt-out rights, contact sales@aofenggsys.com. We will evaluate the request under applicable law.
Official information is available from the California Attorney General’s CCPA resource.
11
Residents of other states may have rights under state privacy laws where the law applies to the individual, information, and AOF. Rights, exemptions, response deadlines, and appeal processes vary. Send requests using the contact method in this policy, and include your state of residence and the right you wish to exercise.
12
Some browsers or extensions send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where applicable law requires us to honor a recognized opt-out preference signal for a covered activity, we will process it as required. You may also contact us directly with an opt-out request.
13
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not intentionally request personal information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.
14
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, taking into account its nature and how it is handled. No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
15
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to you, maintaining business records, protecting the website, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Actual retention periods depend on the information and the reason it was collected.
16
Our hosting environment and service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you are located. Where required, we take steps intended to provide appropriate protections for cross-border processing.
17
We use the contact details you provide to respond to inquiries and provide information you request. If we send promotional email, you may ask us to stop by using an unsubscribe option in the message, if available, or by emailing sales@aofenggsys.com. We may still send non-promotional communications about an active inquiry or service matter.
18
Email sales@aofenggsys.com with your name, the contact detail you used with us, state of residence, and a clear description of the request. Do not include passwords, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information in your first email.
We may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity and locate relevant records. Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request; we may ask for evidence of authority and verify your identity directly. We use verification details for that purpose, subject to applicable law.
19
We may update this policy when the website, services, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date at the top identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required by law.
